  5. A statement by you that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf( i.e The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed)
  6. An electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.

Upon receipt of a valid notice and conducting a proper investigation, if we find any infringement, we will remove such content from our website or If any necessary information is missing from your notice, it may be rejected.
