Where is my package?
After you place your order, we’ll send you an email with an order confirmation number. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number along with an estimated delivery date.

Do you offer free shipping option?
Yes, on the checkout process you’ll see the shipping options. If you need to expedite or use express shipping, we offer that as well.

Yes. We usually use DHL for international shipping. Free international shipping is also available.

You can easily cancel your subscription by visiting your subscription management tab in your account. subscriptions are typically processed 5 days prior to the renewal date so we can get your order delivered on time. If you’d like to cancel, please do so 7 days prior to the renewal date.

What is your return policy?
It’s pretty straight forward, 30-days from the date of purchase. Please email your order number to suppport@tahiro.com and we’ll initiate your return.
