To better serve you and in order for us to locate your purchase, the email must state your order number and the name of the specific product you wish to return. Our team will process your refund within the next business day from when the request was sent in.
When we say “Hassle-Free money back guarantee” we mean it. You are not required to ship us back the  product.

Customer service is a top priority at Tahiro. That why we created a No-Brainer Refund Policy that offers our customers a full refund no question asked for any product that was purchased on our official website when returned within 60-days from the initial purchase date.

Product must be returned in its original packaging and contains at least half of the original quantity.  

Missed the ‘60-day’ window period? No worries, you are still eligible for a store credit if the product was returned in its original packaging and contains at least half of the original quantity.

In order to better assist you and process your request please contact our customer service at hello@Tahiro.com and provide us with your purchase number and the product you wish to return and any other specific instructions. While it is not required, we always welcome additional feedback that will help us on our never-ending journey to improve.

Your request will be answered and processed within 2 business days. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
