Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Orders with a United States shipping address, regardless of size and quantity. International orders qualify for free shipping when purchasing for $75 or more.
 
Delivery Terms

When placing an Order Customer may choose to expedite the time of shipping and delivery. Expedited requests will be paid for by the Customer in the amount calculated by Tahiro at the time of making the purchase. If an Order is lost during transit, Tahiro will immediately ship a New Order identical to the one Order that was lost during transit at no additional cost to the Customer. Shipping costs may vary depending on market rates changes, delivery times and or international shipments.

Tahiro fulfillment center uses high standard quality control to ensure that each item that is sent out is in perfect shape and is neatly packed. Nevertheless, by using multiple third-party carriers to dispatch our Products a package that was picked up in a perfect condition may be damaged during transit. Tahiro takes all reasonable steps to ensure the protection and proper delivery of its Products to its Customers. Please report damaged packages to Support@Tahiro.com.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you must change the delivery destination of your Order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your Order at support@Tahiro.com or Call Us at +1 857-544-3610 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
 
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We don’t offer shipment to multiple addresses per one Order. If you’d like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate Order for each address.
 
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide a wrong address during checkout and the Order is returned to us then you will responsible for shipping costs associated with re- shipping you Order.

DELAYED ORDER
In case of an unexpected delay Tahiro will contact You immediately by Email and will notify you with the new expected time of delivery.
 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
